Project Description
Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher's commitment to restoration and urban development schemes is epitomised the Rose Wharf development.
Rose Wharf is one of the oldest riverside flax mills in Leeds and had been left in a dilapidated state for many years. In 1989 CJCT started seven years of intensive work with both the Local Council and the clients to realise one of the most important regeneration schemes in the city.
The building comprises 60,000 sqft of flexible office space over six storeys offering fantastic views of the riverside and access to the city; when it first opened it became one of the fastest letting buildings in Leeds and has since become established as one of the most important symbolic landmarks of the city’s regeneration.
