Provision for 372 cycle spaces and limited 22 car parking spaces.
Project Description
The Leeds II scheme proposes c.500 new homes across two residential towers (ground + 30 & 25 storeys).
A sustainable transport strategy makes provision for 372 cycle spaces (75%) with facilities for maintenance and electric/oversized bicycles. With limited car parking provision set at 22 spaces.
New public space will be created as part of development to activate canalside and link into emerging pedestrian routes.
The sustainable approach with focus on fabric first. The scheme will be electrically heated to take advantage of the decarbonising grid.
