Project Description
The Tolworth Tower project involves the redevelopment of an existing twenty-two storey office, hotel and retail complex, which was built by the influential architect Richard Siefert in the 1960’s.
CJCT were commissioned to refurbish and convert the existing buildings to form a residential led mixed use development, together with the construction of two new build elements comprising 200 residential units, which are between five and nineteen storeys. Additionally the scheme will deliver serviced apartments, an improved retail offer for the district centre and high quality public realm.
