Philippa Nall

Philippa is a dynamic and passionate architect, with over 10 years of multidisciplinary experience throughout the industry which has seen Philippa take a number of schemes through planning and site delivery.

Philippa was educated in Liverpool and Leeds, and after completing her Part 3 worked for a large commercial practice in Liverpool. She has experience in delivering mixed use, hotel and leisure, student accommodation and residential developments, in addition to working with listed buildings.

Philippa joined CJCT in February 2014 as Project Architect for the prestigious 6 Wellington Place development following the finalisation of the masterplan and the concept building No.10 Wellington Place. The project was a great success, winning the regional 2016 commercial RICS award. She also took the lead for 5 Wellington Place, using the lessons learnt from No.6, the project was handed over on programme and on budget.

Her latest projects include the detailed design development of Phase 2 Digital Campus in Sheffield, the largest speculative office development within the city, which is currently on site and due for completion in July 2017. The diverse range of experience makes Philippa a key asset to the team which has seen her be promoted to Associate in June 2016. She is able to approach any design with her cross sector knowledge skills and with a passion for good design, to create designs and solutions that will exceed the expectations of the clients.
