Project Description

Located in the London Borough of Greenwich, the Kidbrooke scheme creates a 270 acre exemplar model for sustainable suburbs, providing 4800 modern private and affordable homes arranged in apartments blocks and low rise family homes to the east and west boundaries and 100 acres of new landscaped public space.

Existing community facilities such as schools, leisure centre and a retirement home have been retained and improved with the Kidbrooke Railway Station is being reinstated. The scheme creates a clear identity for the Village, improves accessibility and the natural and social environment and forms a key to the regeneration of this part of Greenwich.

CJCT has been appointed to deliver Phase I of this high quality sustainable development; comprising 400 private and affordable apartments and 80 affordable houses arranged in 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes.
