Project Description
CJCT were appointed by Watkin Jones Group to redesign and reconfigure an extant scheme which received planning permission in January 2019. Hove Gardens, located within close proximity to Hove station is a mixed use development offering 216 purpose built, Build-to-Rent apartments. The scheme provides over 2000 sqm of commercial space on ground floor with a variety of studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom homes for a diverse demographic. Planning submission is programmed for early Spring 2020 with client aspirations of handover due late 2022.
