Project Description

CJCT’s Goodman’s Field on 65 Leman Street City fringe scheme provides accommodation for 617 students in London. The sophisticated and fun interior design forms a visually stimulating and contemporary environment which reflects and enhances its city fringe location.

65 Leman Street raises the bar of student living with stylish and welcoming shared spaces, bright courtyard and generous study bedrooms, creating a safe yet exciting environment to live, learn and play.

The basement includes a staff room, laundry, bicycle storage, residents’ gymnasium and various plant and storage areas. The ground floor comprises a large student reception area, common room and welcoming administration offices for the student accommodation, as well as a commercial demise. The upper floors provide accommodation for 617 students comprising of 390 en-suite study bedrooms served by shared kitchen/dining rooms, and 227 studio apartments.
