Project Description

CJCT have been intrinsic in the regeneration of the East Bank of Leeds – including the creation of Leeds Dock – and are now working with developer S Harrison to introduce new homes and public realm to further connect and intensify the area.

Through the construction of four buildings across two sites, the scheme will deliver 337 apartments. The PRS model has grown rapidly through the country in recent years – with a focus on shared amenity space, collective ownership and sense of community – and will help to ensure the area is populated by a richly mixed demographic.

Proposals have been carefully crafted through extensive consultation with the local authority, Historic England and community groups to maintain key views towards significant heritage assets such as St Saviour’s Church. A defining feature of the main site will be a generous landscaped terrace at the foot of the church, allowing residents and the public to relax and admire the stunning Augustus Pugin stained glass windows.
