Cranfield University

This student accommodation project for Watkin Jones and Cranfield University has recently been granted planning permission.

The scheme provides 865 high quality student bedrooms across two sites on the university campus and is a big step towards implementing Cranfield’s vision for their future campus. A series of three to five storey buildings faced in complementary brick cladding are arranged around landscaped courtyards that tie into the site’s scenic surroundings.

The scheme is set for swift implementation with Watkin Jones following an expeditious design and planning period in under 5 months.
