CJCT successfully bid to refurbish part of Calyons’ Headquarters; situated in the heart of the Banking district in the City of London.
The international bank called for an increase in the number of trading desks, supports areas and client reception and meeting suites to two floors of their seven storey headquarters, whilst retaining banking operations in the existing areas.
The 60,000 sqft fit out was successfully delivered following detailed and complex phasing, to ensure minimum disruption. We created a light and airy working environment using natural woods and a muted colour palette, cleverly positioning trading desks and meeting rooms to achieve the best use of space and work flow, which not only increased the amount of trading desks, but supplied a large number of extra / spare desks.
