The project marks the fourth building we have developed on the site over a near two decade period working with our client Scarborough Group International and contractor GMI. The building completes the original masterplan, bookending the site and creating a striking, contemporary addition to Sheffield’s city centre skyline.
The building has been wholly pre-let to BT who will now enjoy exclusive use of the 60,000sqft Grade A office space as their Sheffield base. The building also represents an evolution of the previous phases of the masterplan with an impressive 20% betterment on current Part L, A-rated EPC and enhanced cycle facilities.
