Ellerby Road, Leeds – Planning Consent

We are delighted to announce that we have achieved full planning consent for a major new BTR residential development on two parcels of land between East Street and Ellerby Road for S Harrison Developments Ltd of York.

Set directly opposite CJCT’s Leeds office at Rose Wharf the scheme will provide 345 high quality one, two and three bedroom homes complete with car parking courtyard, residential facilities and commercial space. Elegant brick façades coupled with a simple palette of materials are proposed across the four buildings ranging in height from seven to nine storeys.

The scheme is specifically designed to frame the view of the Grade I listed St Saviour’s Church from East Street and to provide exemplary external landscaped areas linking all homes in a campus style development.

The scheme will complete the regeneration of East Street corridor and present a dynamic, modern residential development with improved, sustainable connections to the wider city.
