Our refurbishment and retrofit project for 14-16 Great Portland Street is now fully occupied on all upper floors and looking great inside and out. With a creative fit-out for The Wing, the building provides a real characterful and alternative take on co-working spaces with a strong focus on women in the workplace community.
Over five floors the front of the building facing Great Portland Street and the back onto Market Place have been connected with an infill structure and a new zinc clad extension, which not only provides additional floor space but it also creates a large terrace overlooking the Fitzrovia roofscape.
