CJCT’s Crown House project for Lightquote and Be First, has been recommended for approval by the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham’s Planning Committee.
Crown House will provide 396 new homes in the heart of Barking, rejuvenating a dilapidated site, enhancing the public realm and improving the setting of the Baptist Tabernacle Church, which forms the centrepiece of the project. 169 affordable homes will be built in the project’s first phase.
